Ferrous sulphate is a salt with the formula FeSO4. It is used medically to treat iron deficiency, and also for industrial applications.
Ferrous Sulphate is produced in 2 forms, Monohydrate and Hyptahydrate. The difference between the products is the degree of drying it underwent. Monohydrate has been dried further than Hyptahydrate, and is freer flowing.
